Job Description
HumanHire has partnered with a leading provider of Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in their search for a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst!
As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in supporting children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental delays. The BCBA will work collaboratively with therapists, families, and other professionals to develop, implement, and oversee effective therapy programs.
Details:
- Location: Legato, VA
- Schedule: Either 10am-7pm or 9am-6pm + OT opportunities
- Pay: Up to $2300 per week (billable hours +admin hours)
- Benefits: Tuition & Loan Reimbursement, Health Insurance, Dental, Vision
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose ASD and collaborate with caregivers on meaningful goals and treatment plans.
- Design individualized behavior interventions with measurable goals.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior therapists, ensuring program quality.
- Analyze data to track progress and make data-driven adjustments.
- Conduct regular assessments and communicate effectively with all parties involved.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field required
- BCBA & LBA required
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Experience with electronic data collection or Centralreach is a big plus
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
