Job Description
HumanHire has partnered with a leading construction firm in search of a Billing Specialist for their office in Farmingdale, NY.
We are seeking candidates with 2-3 years of billing experience within the construction industry.
What we offer:
- Position: Billing Specialist
- Location: Farmingdale, NY
- Salary: $60,000-70,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM
- Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Life, PTO, 401K match
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for all clients for billing & payment needs
- Send invoices with account updates to clients
- Maintain an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances
- Receive, sort, and track incoming payments, resolving client questions and issues as needed
- Create reports of billing data
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of construction billing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience using Sage Timberline software
- Strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft application programs
