Job Description
HumanHire is working with a premier manufacturer of baked goods & confectionery items to help find a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to join their growing team!
What we offer:
- Location: Manorville, NY
- Pay: up to $65,000 per year plus 4% bonus!
- Benefits: 401K Match, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, & paid holidays!
- Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm (Fully on-site)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, documentation, and employee vaccinations
- Assist with planning and executing special events such as benefits enrollment, employee recognition events, holiday parties, etc.
- Assist with new hire onboarding programs and help lead annual compliance training
- Provide expert guidance on HR matters like performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Develop and maintain progressive HR policies, stay updated on legal aspects, and collaborate on optimizing workflows
Qualifications:
- MUST be Bilingual Spanish (Fluent reading/writing/speaking)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent required
- Computer literacy, including in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality/discretion in all workplace and HR matters
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
