Job Description

Pay: $50,000 - $55,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9AM- 5PM
Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation with integrity and confidentiality
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, employee recognition events, holiday parties
- Responsible for accurate record keeping of employee vaccinations
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual – Spanish
- 0 – 3 years of related office experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
