Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national law firm to find a Litigation Attorney to join the firms growing team in Seattle.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing and litigating complex cases, with a deep understanding of the nuances and challenges associated with product liability, environmental, and toxic tort law.
- Location: Seattle (Hybrid Schedule)
We Offer:
- Pay: $130-150K Base Salary plus Bonus
- Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days remote per week

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of product liability, environmental, and toxic tort matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct thorough case assessments, including legal research, fact-finding, and evidence gathering.
- Develop and execute case strategies, including drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court, including taking depositions, arguing motions, and conducting trials.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and strategic advice.
- Counsel clients on legal rights, potential outcomes, and case strategy.
- Identify, retain, and work with expert witnesses and consultants to build a compelling case.
- Prepare and review expert reports and testimony.
- Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions with opposing parties, striving for favorable outcomes for clients.
- Evaluate settlement offers and advise clients on their options.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
- Experience with Product Liability, Environmental, and Toxic Tort (Preferred)
- Washington Bar Admission
- Juris Doctor Degree
