Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national Law Firm to find a Litigation Attorney to join the firms growing team in San Francisco.
We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Litigation Attorney with expertise in product liability, asbestos defense, and general tort litigation. This attorney will play a key role in defending clients in high-profile, complex litigation matters, collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals to develop and execute strategies in pre-litigation, discovery, and trial phases.
We Offer:
- Pay: $150-185K Base Salary plus up to $25K Bonus!
- Remote Flexibility: No in-office requirements, expected to come into the office a few times per month

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in product liability, asbestos-related claims, and general tort matters in both state and federal courts.
- Lead all phases of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert witness management, and trial preparation.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on complex issues related to product liability, asbestos, and tort law.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to devise and implement case strategies, including settlement negotiations and trial tactics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and comprehensive updates on case progress and legal developments.
- Work with industry experts, including engineers, medical professionals, and forensic specialists, to support case defenses.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Attorney experience (Defense Litigation highly preferred)
- Active Bar License in CA
