Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with one of the world's top law firms to find an Attorney Development Manager to join their growing team in Los Angeles. Our client is ranked amongst the Top 50 Am Law Firms, has more than 30 global offices, and 2000+ Attorneys.
The Attorney Development Manager will be assisting in putting Attorney programs in place, relating to onboarding, training, mentoring, development, and retention.
- Location: Los Angeles (Beverly Hills area)
We offer:
- $175-200K Base Salary plus Bonus!
- Hybrid Schedule! (1-2 days remote per week)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Attorney Development and other Professional Development (PD) team managers to create and execute creative strategies to help onboard, train, mentor, engage, and retain the firm’s attorneys
- Meet with, establish relationships with, communicate effectively with, and collaborate seamlessly with Business Directors, HR Managers, Marketing professionals, and various other departments
- Create and distribute training programs: in-person, virtual, hybrid, etc. that meet the firm’s development goals, including assisting with creating program materials; manage project timelines; assess quality and quantity of attorney development opportunities
- Determine suitable training methods and delivery approaches
- Create and develop strong relationships with Managing Shareholders and Career Development Liaisons (CDLs), effectively communicating on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required
- 3+ years of Attorney experience is ideal
- 1+ years of Attorney Development Manager experience
- Ability to commute to the firm’s various office locations when needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
