Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top national Law Firm to find a Litigation Associate to join the firm's growing team in Santa Ana.
The Litigation Associate will handle a broad range of litigation responsibilities and work closely with partners and senior attorneys to defend clients through all phases of litigation.
We Offer:
- Pay: $130-180K Base Salary plus Bonus
- Exciting Bonus Structure: Up to $25K in Total Bonus ($6K in quarterly bonuses)
- Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days remote weekly
- Great Benefits: 401K Match, Profit Sharing, PTO, Medical, Life and more
- 1900 Billable hours with bonuses for exceeding
Litigation Associate Responsibilities:
- Defend automobile liability and general liability cases from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
- Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues and develop defense strategies
Litigation Associate Qualifications:
- Litigation experience, defense preferred
- California Bar Admission
