Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a top national Law Firm to find a Litigation Attorney to join the firm's growing team remotely in Dallas.
The Litigation Attorney will be managing all phases of civil litigation defense, working closely with experienced trial lawyers, and contributing to strategic case development in high-stakes disputes.
We Offer:
- Pay: $110-140K Base plus Bonus
- Unique Bonus Structure: Up to $6K in quarterly bonuses ($24K total)

Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of civil litigation from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions
- Conduct and defend depositions of fact witnesses, experts, and corporate representatives
- Analyze legal issues and develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
- Manage discovery, including document review, written discovery, and discovery disputes
Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Civil Litigation Defense experience
- Texas Bar Admission
