Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a Top National Defense Litigation Firm to find an Associate Attorney to join the firms growing team in Los Angeles.
We Offer:
- Pay: $135-185K Base Salary DOE plus Bonus
- Hybrid Flexibility: 2-3 days remote weekly with flexibility

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial. This includes drafting and filing complaints, motions, and discovery, as well as preparing witnesses and evidence for trial.
- Represent clients in state and federal court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic legal advice, case updates, and preparing clients for the litigation process. Ensure clients are fully informed and advised of their legal options.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and trends in civil litigation.
- Oversee the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, reviewing documents, and managing case files.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
- CA Bar Admission
- Experience in Toxic Tort or Insurance Defense preferred
