- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Occasional Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
- Assist with supervising and coordinating warehouse employees to keep daily operations running efficiently.
- Help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and processed accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with routine cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of company policies and warehouse procedures.
- Coordinate with office staff regarding orders, inventory, shipments, and other warehouse-related needs.
- Assist with resolving day-to-day operational issues and communicating updates to management.
- Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as needed.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory experience.
- Experience assisting with or supervising warehouse employees preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working hands-on with receiving, shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Reliable and flexible with the ability to work the required schedule.
