- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent banking experience)
- Minimum of five years of experience in retail banking or a related role
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in coaching and managing a team
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
