What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the assembly department, ensuring production goals are consistently met.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of assembly workers, providing guidance and support.
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Train new employees and ensure staff adherence to assembly protocols.
- Troubleshoot production issues, addressing them swiftly and effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in assembly in a manufacturing environments
- Management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP software.
- Bachelors Degree
