Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with a aircraft maintenance company to help them find an Hydraulic Technician for their office in Holtsville, NY.
The Hydraulic Technician will performing tests, tear downs, inspection, repair, overhaul, and modification of hydraulic pumps, and a understanding of hydraulic systems to join our growing team!
- Salary: Up to $32 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM
- Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401K Plan, and PTO
Hydraulic Technician Responsibilities:
- Conducting tests, disassembling, inspecting, repairing, overhauling, and modifying hydraulic pumps
- Keeping precise test records and documentation
- Following established work methods and procedures
- Operating Hydraulic Test Stands
- Setting up and executing tests to evaluate products and components
Hydraulic Technician Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Hydraulic Technician
- Own a set of basic hand tools
- Proficient with LVDT, RVDT, Servo Valves, and Proximity Switches
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates degree or higher in a relate technical field preferred
