HR Specialist | White Plains, NY

Our client, a highly stable and well-established provider of insurance and financial security products, is looking for an HR Specialist to join their People Operations team. This organization is known for its "recession-proof" stability and a culture that prioritizes accuracy and employee well-being.

  • Pay: Up to $33/hr (weekly pay!)
  • Location: White Plains, NY
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

HRIS Specialist Responsibilities:

  • System Admin: Day-to-day management and troubleshooting of the HRIS platform.

  • Data Auditing: Maintain 100% accuracy for employee records, payroll data, and benefits.

  • Reporting: Build custom reports and dashboards for leadership (Headcount, Turnover, etc.).

  • Process Improvement: Automate manual HR tasks and streamline digital onboarding.

  • User Support: Train staff and resolve employee system issues.

HRIS Specialist Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of HRIS or HR Data experience.

  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in a major HRIS (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG) and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
