Job Title: Operations Coordinator-Los Angeles
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Coordinator to support daily operations for commercial fire sprinkler projects. This role is critical to keeping field operations running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

This position works closely with the Operations Director and serves as a key link between office staff, field foremen, vendors, and inspectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain daily and weekly schedules for contract and service foremen

  • Coordinate and schedule equipment and tools required for upcoming jobs

  • Schedule fire sprinkler inspections with AHJs and inspection agencies

  • Assist with pricing, comparing, and procuring equipment and materials

  • Track equipment availability, deliveries, and jobsite needs

  • Support the Operations Director with administrative and operational tasks

  • Communicate schedule changes clearly to field and office staff

  • Help improve internal systems, organization, and workflow efficiency

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to scheduling and equipment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Required scheduling experience in a construction, service, or operations environment

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment

  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)

  • Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and general office software

  • Comfortable working with field personnel and construction schedules

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented

  • Experience in construction, fire protection, or trade-based operations is a plus (but not required)
