Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with one of the world's largest asset management firms in search of a Temporary Administrative Assistant for their office in Nashville, TN.
This is a 2-3 month temporary assignment that has the potential to go permanent!
We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of EA experience supporting an executive team within financial services.
What we offer:
- Position: Temporary Administrative Assistant
- Location: Nashville, TN
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (fully onsite)
- Pay: Up to $35/hour, weekly pay + OT

Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, handling visas/passports, transportation, hotels, reservations, itineraries, and trip packets
- Act as a gatekeeper and handle written & verbal communications on behalf of executives
- Manage expense reporting via Concur
- Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed and handle other administrative tasks as necessary
Requirements:
- 3+ years of EA experience supporting an executive team required, financial services experience highly preferred
- Concur experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
