HumanHire is partnered with a local company that nationally supports many well-known, large name brands in search of an Administrative Assistant for their office in Freeport, NY.
We are seeking candidates with 3 years of administrative and customer service/client service experience to join our growing team!
What we offer:
- Position: Administrative Assistant
- Location: Freeport, NY
- Pay: Up to $26/hour, weekly pay
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM/9AM-6PM with a rotating weekend & evening shift 2-3 times a month
- Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401K
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Create documents and maintain files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Assist with scheduling services and dispatching technicians
- Assist with distributing and obtaining invoices
- Support the department with other administrative tasks when needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer/client service and administrative experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable handling high volume calls in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
