Job Summary:
HumanHire is partnering with a luxury MedSpa in their search for a Practice Manager. Located in the Woodcliff Lake area, the ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience from a medspa environment, with a deep understanding of aesthetic services, operations, and team management.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Salary up to $75,000, based on experience

  • Full-time schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (40 hours)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a best-in-class client experience

  • Lead and manage a team of aestheticians, providers, and administrative staff

  • Maintain scheduling, inventory management, vendor communication, and equipment upkeep

  • Support business goals by driving client retention, memberships, and service sales

  • Ensure all services are performed in compliance with safety and quality standards

  • Collaborate with ownership and clinical leads to implement new initiatives and maintain high performance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of management experience in a medspa or luxury aesthetic environment

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a customer-focused team

  • Strong familiarity with aesthetic treatments and medspa services

  • Comfortable working Tuesday through Saturday (40-hour schedule)

  • Experience with scheduling and POS/CRM platforms (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Boulevard)

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven
