Job Description
HumanHire is partnered with one of the world's largest, leading apparel manufacturers & distributors in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist for their office in New Berlin, WI.
Since their inception in the 50s, they have grown their operations across 15 countries worldwide! We are seeking candidates with 2-3+ years of high-volume, B2B AR experience.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM
- Compensation: $50,000-55,000 per year plus Health, Vision, Dental, Life, 401K, PTO, sick time, FSA, AD&D, EAP, and more!
Responsibilities:
- Review and record customer cash receipts
- Update ERP for cash applications and chargebacks
- Create invoices and credits as needed
- Review and update weekly dropship reports
- Perform weekly roll forward of AR to match reports and perform reconciliations
- Manage collections activities and update monthly reports for month-end close
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of B2B AR experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field highly preferred
- Experience with Sage X3 ERP highly preferred
- Strong understanding of General Ledger system and AR processing
- Must have strong working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to perform account analysis effectively
