Job Description
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist seeking an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization's financial success?
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's team in Great Neck! Our client is a top-rated dental practice with over 50 locations across the country.
What's in it for you:
- Salary: Up to $80,000/year based on experience
- Work model: Hybrid (Monday & Tuesday in office, Wednesday - Friday remote)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, can be flexible!
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vison, 401K with match, PTO, paid holidays, and Merit increase program
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable for internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Process employee expenses and miscellaneous payments
- Organize and process invoices in compliance with financial policies
- Reconcile accounts payable ledgers for accurate postings
- Investigate discrepancies in vendor accounts and statements
- Generate detailed reports on accounts payables status
- Ensure compliance with payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
- Employee expense experience preferred (Brex or Concur)
