Job Description
HumanHire is working with working with one of the fastest growing real estate developement groups on Long Island to add an Accounts Payable Associate to their office in Syosset! This company services clients all throughout New York and has been around for over 40 years!
What’s in it for you?
- Pay: $25-30/hr
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, & 401k
- Hours: M-F 9am-5pm (hybrid schedule)

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in matching invoices & PO's from vendors
- Reconciling credit card statements & preparing electronic/paper payments
- Weekly check runs & daily AP postings to the general ledger
- Assisting with month-end close
- Reviewing & entering invoices into Yardi
Qualificiations:
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Experience with Yardi preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills
