Job Description
HumanHire is working with the fastest growing healthcare system on Long Island to help find an AP Clerk for their office in Commack! This AP Clerk will be responsible for making vendor payments & managing invoices for the company’s subsidiaries. This role will sit out of their corporate office in Hauppauge.
- Pay: $55,000-$60,000 (plus partially paid medical, dental & vision benefits, bonus opportunities & a great work-life balance)
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM
What you'll be doing:
- Work with the facilities vendors to ensure timely payment of all invoices (paper invoices)
- Match all invoices with received PO’s – checking prices & reviewing payment extensions
- Post AP transactions to the GL & reconcile monthly bank accounts
- Preparing all monthly, quarterly & year-end statements & accrual reports
- Produce weekly AP aging reports to be reviewed by the CFO
- Ad-Hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience within healthcare or a professional office setting
- Moderate Excel skills (formulas)
- **MUST BE VACCINATED**
