Job Description
Our client's rehabilitation center is dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support to individuals recovering from various medical conditions and injuries. We are currently seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to join our client's team in their nursing department and contribute to their mission of delivering high-quality care.
This is a temporary, 4-5 month-long assignment that can start ASAP!
What's in it for you?
- Pay: $25-30/hr (weekly pay!)
- Location: Lake Success, NY
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for nursing staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, both in-person and over the phone.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, memos, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office coordinator, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with healthcare administrative processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
