Job Description
HumanHire has partnered with a large healthcare organization in their search for a Temporary Transportation Coordinator for their facility in New Hyde Park.
This is a temporary position that will last a minimum of 1 month. A great opportunity to gain experience in the healthcare world!
What we offer:
- Location: New Hyde Park, NY
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM
- Pay: $24/hour (weekly pay)
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, providing accurate and timely message relay.
- Coordinate and schedule medical appointments and transportation services as required.
- Obtain necessary authorizations from the appropriate insurance agency for transportation, medical appointments, and equipment.
- Facilitate prompt processing of transportation requests
Requirements:
- MUST BE COVID VACCINATED!
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable working on the computer
