HumanHire has partnered with a prestigious Am Law Top 300 firm in NYC to find a Senior Financial Systems Administrator to join their growing team!
This Senior Financial Systems Administrator will lead the firm's transition from SAP to Elite 3E, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and user satisfaction while serving as the finance team's technical liaison.

This Senior Financial Systems Administrator will lead the firm's transition from SAP to Elite 3E, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and user satisfaction while serving as the finance team's technical liaison.

- Pay: $175,000 - $200,000/yr plus Bonus!

- System Management: Oversee system infrastructure, including servers, databases, and integrations, to ensure optimal performance, security, and data integrity. Collaborate with IT to maintain system stability and address technical issues.
- System Implementation: Lead the transition to Elite 3E, providing financial expertise and project management. Maintain system connectivity with related applications.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between finance and IT, external vendors, and consultants. Manage support tickets and escalations.
- User Support: Provide dedicated support to finance teams, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering training on system functionality and processes.
- System Optimization: Continuously assess system performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Research and recommend system upgrades or replacements to enhance efficiency.
- Data Integrity and Security: Maintain data accuracy and security through monitoring, auditing, and access controls. Develop and maintain system documentation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise the Financial Systems Administrator, providing training, development, and guidance. Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis projects.
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems support or analysis within a law firm
- Experience administering Elite 3E (preferred) and SAP financial systems
- Proficiency with SQL, including Elite 3E SQL database schema and advanced query writing skills, and a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
