We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join a high-performing team where accuracy, compliance, and efficiency are top priorities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collect and validate employee time, leave, and overtime data for payroll input.
- Calculate earnings, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including adjustments for promotions, terminations, and status changes.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and deliver payroll reports for management, including audit-ready documentation.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to streamline payroll processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and leadership.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of payroll experience, ideally as a Payroll Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
- Proficiency with ADP or other payroll software and Excel.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxes, and deductions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
