Patient Engagement Representative – Healthcare Call Center
Location: Roslyn Heights, NY
Pay Rate: $22/hr (or $24/hr for bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12 PM – 8 PM
We’re hiring Patient Engagement Representatives to join a fast-growing healthcare group focused on proactive patient outreach. This is an outbound call role centered on reengaging former patients, educating them on available services, and encouraging follow-up care. It blends customer service with light sales — ideal for candidates who enjoy making an impact through meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities:

Make high volume outbound calls daily to patients as part of an outreach campaign

Send texts and emails to reconnect with patients

Schedule consultations, procedures, and testing

Accurately document interactions and outcomes in the EMR system

Perform general administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of customer service experience

Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and patient-facing communication

Sales experience and/or healthcare background preferred

Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred and compensated at a higher rate

Willingness to work non-traditional hours (afternoons and some weekends)
